Entrance test for admission in ENGINEERING/PHARMACY/MBA/MCA courses are conducted by Centrad Admission Board (CAB) of UP Technical University as State Entrance Examination-UPTU (SEE-UPTU). Candidates are instructed to go through the advertisement in newspapers for SEE-UPTU.

Schemes for the categories of admission:
Scheme I [General Seats]: Selections are based on the merit of State Entrance Examination (
Scheme II[Management seat]: Some seats of all branches and courses shall be treated as Management Seat. Admission will be on the basis minimum eligibility criteria defined by State Govt and College Management as notified for admission in various courses on the basis of merit.
Scheme III[NRI Seats]:5% seats in all branches are reserved for Foreign Nationals/Non-Resident Indian/NRI sponsored candidates as per the norms for NRI defined by State Govt. and selection is on the basis of relative merits in the qualifying examination.
Direct Admission to Second Year (For Diploma Holders):
Candidates who have passed Diploma (with minimum 60% marks) recognised by UP Board of Technical Education in any branch of Engineering/Technology except Agriculture Engg. are eligible for admission to second year in any branch of Engg./Technology (except Agriculture Engg.) in this college as per the rules and guidelines of UP Technical University. The admission will depend upon the availability of the seats in respective trade/branch of the engineering course.
